We have hired most of the contractors in the list below to work on our real estate rehab projects, and we have referred these vendors to some of our real estate buyer and seller clients.
Their performance has been satisfactory for us, and our real estate buyer and seller clients who have used them have all been happy with their services. However, we do not guarantee their performance. We simply refer contractors who have done a good job for us. If we have complaints then they would be removed from our list.
